In addition to my extensive art practice as an painter, sculptor and ceramicist, I have 25 plus years as an Arts Educator, Arts Administrator and consultant.  I have created art programs and taught art and ceramics to adults and children.  Private one on one classes start at $110 an hour.   This rate includes materials, supplies, equipment, ceramic firing fees and any other other fees related to one on one in person art and ceramics lessons.  Rates for group sessions can be obtained upon request.  I am happy to do a home visit class or I can also accomodate small groups at my Long Island City based studio space.  My 2nd floor studio is accessible by elevator.  Please send any inquiries to sheilarossart(at)gmail.com for more details.
